[Product background]

[Detection principle]

The whole system adopts the working principle of on-line image scanning of industrial CCD camera. Under the condition of high-speed production of the production line, the bright LED industrial linear light source with specific wavelength is used to irradiate the product surface (the reflection detection principle is used for opaque thin film products), and the product image at the light source is real-time scanned and collected through the industrial CCD camera.

The film image collected by the camera is processed by MVI image software algorithm. Because of the gray-scale difference between the image images of defects and the images of normal products, the system can accurately detect the defects of products; at the same time, according to the image characteristics of various defects and recording the defect database, online detection, classification and subsequent disposal of defects are realized.

7. Positioning and identification function

For each roll of products produced, the system will automatically count the surface defects of this roll of products, and print out a statistical label, which will be pasted on each volume of products and distributed downstream along with the products. In this way, users can rate the products through the labels on each volume of products, so as to effectively use them to allocate different quality requirements.
